  • ACE East Regional Competition

    Executive Chef Thomas participated in the Aramark Culinary Chef Cookoff Competition in April of 2025 where he placed 4th in the first round. His representation of Gardner-Webb University and the Shelby, NC community through his amazing dishes fills the campus with pride. His dedication in and beyond the kitchen does not go unnoticed.

    General Manager, Suzanne Glasscock celebrates 40 years in the Food Service industry as of 2025. With over 20 years at Gardner-Webb University, Suzane continues to lead with passion and a love for serving others.
